These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SolvePrep platform operated by Kaernix LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using SolvePrep, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SolvePrep is an online simulation and preparation platform designed to help users practice for consulting assessments. We provide interactive simulators, guides, tools, and related educational content.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SolvePrep — including text, graphics, simulations, software, and logos — is the property of Kaernix LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or any premium content
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SolvePrep is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that use of SolvePrep will result in any particular assessment outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaernix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
